Engineered rubber parts, made to your drawing

Rubber articles cover the molded, extruded and rubber-to-metal bonded components we produce for industrial machinery, marine equipment and infrastructure. Parts are manufactured from our own compounds, from a drawing, a sample or a description of the application.

From a single replacement part to series production, each article is produced with the compound, hardness and tolerance the application requires.

Industries served
  • Mining, cement and bulk material handling
  • Marine, port and offshore
  • Chemical, power plant and water treatment
  • General manufacturing and construction

Product range

Materials

Compounds are formulated in house and selected for the service condition:

  • Natural rubber (NR) for resilience and abrasion resistance
  • SBR and NR/SBR blends for general purpose parts
  • Nitrile (NBR) for oil and fuel resistance
  • Neoprene (CR) and EPDM for weather, ozone and heat resistance

How to order

  • Send a drawing, sample or photo of the part
  • Describe the application, medium and operating temperature
  • State the required hardness (Shore A/D) if known
  • Quantity and delivery schedule
